We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Quarry Plant Operator to join a small, close-knit team at a leading Australian construction materials company. Based at the Tinda Creek quarry in Mellong, this is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with long-term career prospects in a stable and essential industry.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Join a crew on a small but busy site, where you’ll get hands-on with a range of machinery, including:

• Excavators
  
  
• Articulated Dump Trucks
  
  
• Bulldozers
  
  
• Front-End Loaders
  
  
• Wash Plant & Fixed Plant Equipment
  
  

You’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting pre-starts, basic maintenance, and general site housekeeping
  
  
• Following strict safety, environmental, and quality procedures
  
  
• Reporting any incidents or hazards promptly to your supervisor
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  
  
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  
  
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
  
  
• Experience operating heavy machinery
